LATENESS / CANCELATION POLICY / SWAPPING APPOINTMENTS

10 Minute Late Policy - or unfortunately we won't able to give you your full service - cut back service could be offered but if it's not suitable you'll still be liable for the full payment of service. 

Cancelation under 48 Hours - 2 Days - require full payment for services 

Cancelation under 7 Day notice period - not covered full deposit you'll still be liable for £15 charge as reduce stock ordering & timing booked out of diary which can be time wasting for period of time.

Swapping appointments - I'm fully aware things can happen but your deposit is liable for that time & date unless your service is booked within SAME WEEK of bookings. ❌ NO SWAPS unless discussed with myself direct to fix any concerns. 

I so understand things may affect & happen out of human nature but I need to secure my business & income for my own or NO BUSINESS can happen for you only as you simply respect these rules in order book.
